1. General – By registering and using Pak Prime SMM (pakprimesmm.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services – We provide social media marketing services (followers, likes, views, subscribers, etc.). Services are delivered as described on the Services page, including start time and average completion time.

3. Account Requirements – Your profile/account/page MUST be public (not private or restricted) for the full duration of the order. Orders placed on private accounts may fail or be marked completed without refund or refill.

4. Correct Order Details – You are responsible for providing the correct link, username, or post URL. We cannot refund or redo orders placed with incorrect details.

5. Refunds – Funds added to your account are non-refundable and can only be used for services on this panel. If an order cannot be started, the amount is automatically refunded to your panel balance. Completed or in-progress orders are not refundable.

6. Refill Policy – Services marked with refill include free refills within the stated refill period. Request refills via support with your order ID.

7. Prohibited Use – You may not use our services for spam, harassment, hate speech, or any unlawful purpose. Violation leads to immediate account termination without refund.

8. Payments & Chargebacks – All payments are final. Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

9. Account Security – You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access to your account.

10. Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the panel constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
